Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maize Miller to join our team at The Personal Link. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maize milling and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain maize milling equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Monitor and control the milling process to achieve high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene practices in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Trade test certification in maize milling.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Miller on maize plants.
  • PC literacy and ability to work with computerized systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
