We are seeking a Trainer: Laboratory Operations to join our team at Ampath Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to ensure the theoretical and practical competence of employees within the Immunology laboratory.
Responsibilities:
Assess staff to make judgments regarding their competence
Develop training material and competency tools in outcomes-based format
Deliver syllabus-aligned theoretical and practical training
Maintain good client relations to promote Ampath's image
Perform administrative tasks related to training
Qualifications:
HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field (Required)
National Diploma Biomedical Technology / Bachelor of Health Sciences Medical Laboratory Science (Required)
Registered Assessor
Registered Facilitator
Registered Moderator
