Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Dante Personnel. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• Financial Systems: Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in financial software and systems.
