Shuttle Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to transport customers to and from the airport in luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of road safety regulations and airport procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport passengers between the airport and their destinations in a VClass or Quantum vehicle
  • Ensure passengers' comfort and assist with loading/unloading luggage
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle at all times
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers
  • Follow designated routes and schedules ensuring timely pickups and dropoffs
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience as a shuttle driver or similar driving role
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and airport procedures
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • A clean driving record and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
