Logistics Assistant

Hestony Transport Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our warehouse team as a Logistics Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient picking and packing of orders, maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Pick items from shelves based on order specifications and ensure accuracy and efficiency in picking items to fulfill orders.
• Restock shelves with picked items as needed and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the picking area.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving and processing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4 and relevant experience in a warehouse or picking role.
• Ability to lift and carry items as required and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The successful candidate will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided as required.
