We are looking for a highly skilled Business Finance and Operations Expert to join our team at The Legends Agency. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational data analysis, reporting, and compliance monitoring.

About the Job:
  • This role involves working closely with branch managers, local staff, and head office accounting teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain financial and operational reports, and assist branches with financial and operational queries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse monthly financial reports and operational metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Monitor compliance with reporting deadlines and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and financial reporting support to the operations management team.
  • Liaise with branch managers, local staff, and head office accounting teams.
  • Review and approve staff loans for African branches.
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports.
  • Assist branches with financial and operational queries.
  • Conduct on-site operational and financial audits (as planned or as needed).
Requirements:
  • BCom Honours degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing and/or accounting.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis software.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for operational audits across African branches.
Preferred:
  • SAIPA membership or studying towards CIMA.
  • Experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data management tools.
