Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Digitas Liquorice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and platforms using cutting-edge technologies such as Next.js, Contentful, Gatsby, and Piral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and highly efficient web applications using Laravel, React, and WordPress.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
  • Employ modern web technologies to develop responsive front-end designs that enhance user experience across various devices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale web applications efficiently using Azure, GCP, and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Configure and optimize Redis caching mechanisms to improve performance and resource efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reliable message queueing systems to enable asynchronous processing and seamless data exchange.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative improvements.
  • Document code, technical specifications, and project-related information for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and development as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of successful projects as a Laravel, React, and WordPress Developer, supported by a robust portfolio.
  • Deep comprehension of the Laravel and React frameworks, including their ecosystem, best practices, and advanced features.
  • Expertise in deploying and managing web applications on Azure, AWS, and GCP SAAS providers.
  • Familiarity with Redis as a caching solution to enhance application performance.
  • Strong command of RESTful API development and seamless integration.
  • Experience with message queueing systems, such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and Horizon.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantageous asset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
