About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WMS Process Engineer to join our Supply Chain Team in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Oracle WMS, including user maintenance, location maintenance, and level 1 support to DC operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface between DC Operations and WMS System for issue logging and resolution with Oracle.
  • Reporting and giving feedback to DC Operations of issues being tracked and analyzing issue trends with WMS Vendor.
  • Part of a team responsible for design, configuration, and implementation of new and re-engineering of existing WMS processes.
  • Testing and roll-out of proposed new functionalities in the WMS and managing quarterly upgrades of Oracle WMS.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience within DC operations.
  • Previous experience administrating WMS Systems.
  • Previous experience or knowledge on WMS systems such as Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, SAP, Highjump, or similar.
  • Industrial Engineering, B.Comm Logistics, or similar degree preferred.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office.
  • ERP/WMS System knowledge.
  • Supply Chain and DC operational process knowledge.
