Job Title: Workshop Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team at Sydsen in George, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of diesel mechanics in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of heavy equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and control workshop inventory and supplies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Workshop Foreman or similar role
  • Red Seal Qualification in Diesel Mechanics
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Matric Certificate
