Key Performance Indicators

The Procurement Co-ordinator will be measured on their ability to:

  • Process and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all purchase orders comply with internal policies.
  • Track the status of open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

The successful candidate will contribute to achieving the company's strategic objectives by providing accurate and timely reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, supporting informed decision-making, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within a procurement, purchasing, or administrative support roles.
  • Must have a valid South African driver's license.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
