    • Lead and supervise a team of paint technicians and operators, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    • Manage day-to-day paint shop operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
    • Monitor paint consumption, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that paint application meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in automotive paint operations management or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive paint processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
