**Required Skills and Qualifications:

**Essential Experience:**
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data analytics, BI methods, and tools
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, quantifying, and delivering value through data and GenAI solutions

**Desirable Knowledge and Skills:**

  • Familiarity with various Generative AI models and agents, including applied use cases
  • Understanding of vector databases, embedding generation, and semantic search
  • Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint
