CMS - Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager - Facilities Management to join our team based in East London. The successful candidate will lead the helpdesk team to deliver high levels of customer service, resource management, and service delivery in the FM sector.

This role involves managing PPM and statutory planning in our CAFM system to meet contract specifications. You will also be responsible for managing PPM sub-contractor works, including timely issue of accurately worded and costed purchase orders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and be able to conduct weekly/monthly labour planning meetings with Account Managers and Contract Managers. You will also schedule and manage all PPM and statutory testing works in collaboration with PPM and Technical Manager.

We offer a comprehensive package including a salary range of £40,000-£45,000 per annum and a flexible working arrangement. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you
