Regional Manager Job Description

My client has a steadily growing franchise network providing essential services to customers.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management and customer service and the ability to drive business growth.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of three franchise stores.
  • Ensure stores are opened on time, clean, and fully operational.
  • Uphold a vibrant, effective, and efficient retail environment, focusing on excellent customer service.
  • Manage end-of-day operations, including cash-ups and store security.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a pleasant retail experience.
  • Assign tasks to staff, foster teamwork, and manage individual performance.
  • Oversee merchandising, ensuring goods are available, properly displayed, and priced.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and promote new product lines.
  • Ensure IT equipment is well-maintained and up to date with necessary licenses.
  • Manage special accounts, ensuring timely billing and accurate internal reporting.
  • Conduct monthly reporting, including revenue projections and staff incentives.


Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification would be beneficial but not essential
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
  • Clear criminal record
  • Excellent English business literacy
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Proven ability to grow a business
