About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a knowledge base, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize knowledge sharing projects.
  • Design and deliver effective training programs, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation standards and provide subject matter expertise on software platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in content/knowledge management, with a proven track record in technical writing and documentation management.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
