Job Title: Construction Manager/Supervisor

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Supervisor with a strong background in infrastructure projects to lead our construction team in Bethel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction process from planning to implementation, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Manage labor, equipment, and material resources on site, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and management, providing regular updates on project status.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Supervisor in Electrical, Civil & Mechanical, with a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and safety regulations, with the ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience in managing complex construction projects.
  • Previous experience in infrastructure projects is required, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with this type of work.
