Job Title: Financial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Standard Bank Group. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for providing full financial management services to various areas in the Bank. You will engage and lead the development and implementation of processes, systems, and controls in the Finance area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
  • 3-8 years of experience in finance business partnering and finance value management
  • Experience in financial management in a banking environment
