Salary Estimate
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Reliability Lead to join our team in the AMEA region.
This role is accountable for maintenance systems and plans of the entire regional strategy to improve equipment reliability and drive loss elimination by building PM capability.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years' experience within maintenance and engineering managerial roles, with proven TPM expertise and PM full implementation.
A strong working knowledge of CMMS, FMEA, RCM, and MRO management is essential. Verbal and written English skills are required to work effectively within regional and global PM teams.
The Asset Reliability Lead will lead projects like Hercules MRO Optimization project deployment and change management for the region to achieve successful project go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate strategies to accelerate and improve current maintenance practices and processes to improve equipment performance, reliability, and lower overall maintenance costs.
- Initiate and manage corporate maintenance programs based on best practices in the FMGC industry, emphasizing equipment criticality, time-based maintenance, condition-based maintenance, effective planning and scheduling, completing high-quality maintenance repairs, and safety, health & environmental policies and procedures.
- Consolidate Maintenance Concepts and lead PM Pillar to assure consistent methodology implementation.
- Analyze operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance-related metrics, including unplanned downtime, PM compliance, schedule compliance, Mean-Time-Between-Failures, and maintenance-related costs.
- Institutionalize the use of CMMS to track maintenance activities within plants for tracking work orders, planned/predictive maintenance, spare parts inventory/sharing, and MRO management.
- Implement best practices for MRO inventory management to reduce inventory value and increase turns.
- Partner with HR to develop criteria, testing protocol, and partnerships to accelerate the identification and hiring of highly skilled maintenance associates.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive maintenance and reliability tactical training to maintenance resources, conduct workshops, benchmarking trips, and measure results tied to activities that enhance the plant's asset reliability.
- Conduct internal PM assessments to ensure program integrity and compliance with IL6S phases requirements.
- Lead works with global counterparts from each of the regions to establish global pillar standards and expand knowledge through the creation of PM content.
- Support plant teams to improve line reliability to reduce breakdowns and increase line GE performance.

- Achieve Project Hercules savings in AMEA (ACT'23 was USD + USD MM in 2024).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10+ years' experience within maintenance and engineering managerial roles.
- Proven TPM expertise and PM full implementation.
- Experience leading a plant maintenance organization within the FMGC industry.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in fluid, fast-paced situations, with personal leadership to influence and positively motivate self and peers.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS, FMEA, RCM, and MRO management.
- Verbal and written English skills to regularly work within regional and global PM teams.
- Experience in leading and deploying large-scale Projects across multiple plants.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required. Specialization course or MBA in Maintenance Engineering, Project Management, or TPM/Lean is a plus.
