Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This includes designing digital and print materials such as social media graphics, website graphics, banners, ads, brochures & catalogues, and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and possess a Bachelor's degree or certificate in graphic design. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, is essential. The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively is also crucial.
The role involves collaborating with the digital marketing manager to create engaging posts, stories, and videos that resonate with the target audience. Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and user engagement in a timely and professional manner is also required.
A strong understanding of social media management tools, such as Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc., is necessary. Analyzing social media performance metrics and reporting back to the digital marketing manager to adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion is also key.
