As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, and upholding cleanliness standards for operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and engage with customers upon entry
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Assist customers in locating merchandise throughout the store
- Attend promptly to cash register calls and operate the register as necessary
- Approach tasks with a strong sense of urgency
- Adhere to proper procedures for handling claims merchandise
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Possess knowledge of products, discounts, and the company's mission
- Stay informed about all aspects of store operations

Requirements:
- High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Displays excellent sales and customer service skills through interactions both in person and on the phone
- Ability to anticipate customers' needs and recommend merchandise
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space
- Ability to count and handle money
- Ability to operate cash register
- Must be able to meet physical demands
