Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Branch Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) products and increasing market share through sound financial advice and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the right products to meet their needs and goals.
  • Create opportunities for client optimization and cross-selling of value-added products.
  • Stay up-to-date with SRM product ranges and continuously update and inform clients of new products or changes in existing products.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clients remain on the books and receive regular communication and support.
  • Identify and flag potential risks and fraudulent activities, and maintain accurate records of advice and client interactions.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of Sanlam Retail Mass.

Requirements

  • 1-year experience in a sales or marketing capacity.
  • Experience within insurance branches an advantage.
  • Matric (Grade 12) and relevant qualifications (e.g., RE5, FAIS Compliant).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
