Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the effective management and control of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with Wholesale & Distribution Practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing productivity, equipment maintenance, reporting daily performance, and attaining operational targets.

They will also oversee staff performance, conduct cycle counting, and manage quality levels. Relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment is essential, along with supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory effectively and accurately
  • Maintain equipment and ensure high up-time
  • Conduct regular performance reports
  • Oversee staff performance and provide training
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and company policies

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications (advantageous)
  • Experience in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment (essential)
  • 2 years experience in dealing with supplier returns
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
