Office Administrator Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, and track delivery and invoicing.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Prepare reports, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Matric education background or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a logistics/transport industry environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) and knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
