- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, and track delivery and invoicing.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Prepare reports, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Qualifications: Matric education background or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a logistics/transport industry environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) and knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
