The Job

This is a mid-senior level, full-time on-site position located in Johannesburg for an IT Technician and Sales representative. The role involves daily tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing information technology systems, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes training clients on software solutions and contributing to sales activities i.e. identifying and addressing customer needs for IT solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets, all while maintaining a strong understanding of the technical landscape.

Key Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of industry related experience
  • Microsoft MCSE, IT Diploma, A+, N+ certifications
  • English at business level
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Customer Service abilities
  • Training capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment
  • Experience in sales and software solutions is mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Windows virtual server
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
  • Cloud knowledge
  • Willingness to learn new technologies at a fast pace in a constantly evolving environment
  • Flexibility, well developed sense of organization and personal responsibility
  • General knowledge of Cyber Security, Networks, Firewalls and Linux and TCP/IP networking
