We are Staff Solutions Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the automotive industry. We are currently looking for a highly skilled project engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive or project engineering, a relevant engineering qualification, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding technical client requirements, creating concept solutions, checking feasibility, performing engineering calculations, costing hardware and labor, preparing offer documentation, and developing tools to improve project efficiency. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet customer requirements
  • Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering calculations
  • Create detailed estimates for hardware and labor costs
  • Prepare offer documentation and present to clients
  • Develop tools to improve project efficiency and reduce costs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive or project engineering
  • A relevant engineering qualification (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
