We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage project sites, including supervising staff and enforcing safety measures.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee administration tasks, such as maintaining safety files and managing project documents.
  • Responsible for transporting personnel and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient record management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in building/roofing, damp treatment process, and maintenance.
  • Minimum 2 years' driving experience.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
  • Knowledge of building structures, specifically roofs.
  • Experience with ceilings, paint works, and waterproofing.
  • Able to weld.
  • General 'handyman' knowledge.
  • Computer literate with MS Office skills.
  • Team leadership experience.
