Trolley Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trolley Potter. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and returning shopping trolleys from parking areas and store entrances, ensuring they are clean and in good condition before returning them to the designated trolley bays.

Key Tasks:

• Collect and return shopping trolleys from designated areas
• Ensure trolleys are clean and in good condition
• Assist customers with trolleys when required
• Maintain the organization of trolley bays
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning trolleys to the maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies
• Assist with basic maintenance of trolley equipment when necessary

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who is physically fit, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and has strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude are essential for this role.
