As an Insurance Claim Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating non-motor claims to determine their validity and extent of coverage. You will work closely with our underwriting team to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.

Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate complex claims and provide sound recommendations for resolution. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in building trust and rapport with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate non-motor claims
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with underwriting team
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics
  • Short-term insurance qualification (NQF4)
  • Certified Fraud Examiner qualification advantageous
  • Five (5) years' or more relevant experience at digital non-motor level (full spectrum), field assessing experience advantageous
