Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our production and warehouse facility in Gqeberha.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform janitorial services within office spaces, including cleaning workspaces, restrooms, and emptying trash bins.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning materials stored in designated areas.
  • Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms daily for the whole facility.
  • Responsible for cleaning windows in boardrooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.
  • Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered during daily tasks.
  • Responsible for refilling sanitizer units and checking cleaning supplies monthly.
Requirements:
  • Matric as minimum requirement.
  • Proven experience in similar roles and industry.
  • Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration chemical safety standards.
Desirable Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
