Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, stormwater management systems, and water and sanitation facilities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify potential issues to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Relevant work experience in civil engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tech/Pr. Eng or SACPCMP registration.
  • LIC qualification.
  • Fluency in Sesotho and English.
