Managed People Solutions is excited to offer a unique opportunity for young individuals in the Klerksdorp area to develop their skills as Junior Merchandisers through our 6-months Learnership Programme.

About the Opportunity

This programme provides an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in merchandising. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for performing various duties, including:

  • Determining stock requirements and ensuring efficient stock rotation
  • Conducting product quality checks and maintaining accurate knowledge of promotions
  • Communicating with customers, addressing queries, and providing feedback on customer complaints
  • Recording and executing merchandising activities according to schedule

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their careers in the field of merchandising.

Requirements

To be eligible for this Learnership Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between the ages of 18 and 28 years old
  • Have completed Grade 12 with a pass in Mathematics and English

The duration of the programme is 12 months, during which time participants will receive comprehensive training and support. We encourage all eligible candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Estimated salary: R120,000 - R150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
