Rbuk Legal Limited seeks a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and maintaining the general housekeeping of the kiosk.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, emphasizing selling and up-selling products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the safe keeping of all company property at the kiosks/workstation, including computers, laptops, phones, stock, money, equipment, and related resources.
- Adhere to all point of sale (POS) procedures in line with the company's standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate stock control processes, including replenishing stock, conducting stock takes, ensuring safe keeping of stock, preventing stock damage/loss/theft, managing interbranch transfers (IBT), and receiving stock deliveries.
- Handle cash and card sales, process sales, bank, conduct cash-ups, and manage the float.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, services, policies, procedures, and company ethos.
- Maintain the general housekeeping of the kiosk, ensuring it represents the company's professionalism, product quality, and customer care.
- Sales-driven and ability to up-sell.
