Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate training sessions for relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Conduct internal assessments for unit standards, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability.
- Highlight needs for capacity and content development, driving continuous improvement.
- Evaluate practices and record necessary amendments, maintaining a high level of quality.
- Administer and review progress on assessments, tracking attendee engagement and conveying insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct assessments, ensuring they are valid and reliable, and provide feedback and guidance to learners.
- Work with moderators to ensure seamless assessment processes.
- Adhere to assessment policies and regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant industry-related working experience in OHS facilitation, assessment, and moderation.
- Completion of a recognized facilitator/assessor and moderator training program.
- A good understanding of the TETA compliance landscape.
- Valid accreditation and scope with TETA as an assessor/moderator, not expired for unit standards listed.
- High-level IT literacy, MS Office, and MS Suites proficiency.
- Gauteng-based, with a driver's license and own transport essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
