Pizza Chef Job Description

A prestigious golf club is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join their service-orientated team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and able to cater for large restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare food to meet high standards.
  • Manage stock levels, conduct spot-checks, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Develop and maintain menus, create new dishes, and ensure professional presentation.
Requirements:
  • Matric/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Culinary Skills.
  • 5 years' experience in the food, beverage, and banqueting environment.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and multitask under pressure.

  • Professional, organized, team player, and proactive.
