About the Role
  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, specifically roads, using expertise in AutoCAD and road design software (Civil Design or Civil 3D).
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to manage and supervise work done according to GCC2015 / FIDIC standards.
  • Oversee the Design and Implementation of infrastructure projects (Roads design related) ensuring service excellence and successful application of Risk and Quality Management Principles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake duties of the Employer’s Agent/Engineer in accordance with GCC2015 / FIDIC.
  • Manage teams effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure all work adheres to COLTO/COTO guidelines and quality standards.
  • Utilise skills in revenue earning work while maintaining high levels of service delivery.
