**Key Responsibilities:

  • Draughting and drawing configuration of mechanical components
  • Collaboration with engineering departments and production staff to ensure effective project delivery
  • Leading, supervising, and mentoring the draughting team to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Providing feedback and guidance to team members to improve their performance
  • Managing document control and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance quality and productivity

**Requirements:**

  • Solid Edge competency
  • Experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems (advantageous)
  • Fusion 360 training (advantageous)
  • Relevant draughting training and experience in design engineering
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
