Draughtsman Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Draughtsman to lead our mechanical draughting team.

The ideal candidate will have a Senior Certificate and a Tech Mechanical or Engineering Diploma. Strong proficiency in Solid Edge is essential, with experience in Syspro or similar ERP being advantageous. Additionally, the candidate should have Fusion 360 training and be proficient in draughting with a focus on specification-related design engineering.

2. Mechanical draughting and drawing configuration;
   
   
3. Effective collaboration with engineering departments and production staff;
   
   
4. Leading, supervising, and mentoring the team for optimal productivity;
   
   
5. Feedback reporting and document control management;
   
   
6. Collaboration with project stakeholders;
   
   
7. ECP configurations and Syspro BOMs integration;
   
   
8. Contribution to process improvements and quality control;
   
   
9. Resource utilization;
   
   
10. Applying specialist technical expertise and developing job knowledge;
    
    
11. Working strategically to attain organisational goals, developing strategies and taking account of a wide range of issues that impact the organisation;
    
    
12. Focusing on stakeholder needs and satisfaction;
    
    
13. Setting high standards for quality and quantity;
