About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team in Randburg, Gauteng Area. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments to our valued clientele.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of spa treatments including facials, skin peels, laser (face & body), massage, body treatments, waxing (all), manicures, pedicures, gelish, and packages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Health & Skincare and ITEC or CIDESCO.
  • 4/5 years of skilled working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly/caring personality.
  • The ability to work within a team and build relationships.
  • Passion and drive for helping clients achieve their desired results.
  • A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A confident and outgoing attitude.
  • Administration skills.
  • Computer literacy - MS Office and ESP.
  • Owning reliable transport.
