  • Workplace Discipline: Maintain a disciplined workplace culture, adhering to OH&S and SHEQ standards.
  • Maintenance Head: Serve as the head of maintenance for the entire building and property, including new projects.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure that gardens, grass, housekeeping, and building appearance are well-maintained.
  • Generator Maintenance: Guarantee that the warehouse generator is functioning correctly at all times.
  • Security Management: Oversee warehouse alarm, camera, and security systems, both internal and external.
  • Photobooth and Washbay Management: Manage the photobooth and washbay facilities.
  • Key Office and Key Management: Supervise the key office and ensure safe key storage.
  • Vehicle Reception and Inspection: Ensure that all new arrival vehicles are received according to company procedures and manage Dekra checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Reliability and Responsibility: Demonstrate reliability and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Showcase accuracy and attention to detail in daily activities.
  • Pace and Pressure: Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and manage time effectively.
  • Management and Operational Skills: Possess strong management and operational skills to lead teams and make informed decisions.
  • Computer Literacy: Be proficient in computer applications and technology.
  • People and Management Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and staff members.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation Certificate: Hold a Matric certificate as a minimum qualification.
  • Valid Driving License: Possess a valid driving license.
  • Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Degree or Diploma: Hold a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Maintenance, or Operational Management (advantageous).

Estimated Salary: R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
