We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join our team at OUTsurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and developing the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.

You will work closely with the wider Commercial team and report directly to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Key Skills:
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical, numerical, and mathematical skills.
  • Team supervisory skills.

Requirements:

  • Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.
  • Valid code B driver's license.
  • 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management, and opening doors.
