Job Title: HRIS System Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS System Owner to join our team at Datonomy Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR applications, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Performance, Training, Employee Relations, and Organisational Positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain HR applications to meet business requirements and ICT processes and strategy.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on HR applications.
  • Configure and integrate HR applications with other systems.
  • Develop and implement HR system testing methodology.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people and data.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate with Mathematics.
  • Relevant diploma or degree.
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience as HR generalist in a medium to large organisation.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Super-User experience: configuration, integration management, user support.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Human Resource system experience.
  • System Support experience advantageous.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of SQL language advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of system testing methodology.
  • Training facilitation experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to translate tech speak into user and business understanding.
  • Knowledge and experience of system testing methodology.
  • Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people and data.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Training facilitation experience.
  • Internally motivated.
  • Able to follow directions.
  • Able to work cooperatively and proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
