We are seeking an accomplished Business Finance Director to join our team at Tower Group. As a senior member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the credit control process to ensure 100% of all KPI targets are met.
  • Follow up on non-payments and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties to resolve account disputes, utilizing strong negotiation skills.
  • Ensure monthly billing and reports are sent out on time.
  • Perform daily coding of the bank statement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Attend client meetings when necessary.
  • Ensure all collection targets and KPIs are met.
  • Allocate client payments effectively.
  • Approve new business for existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong corporate credit knowledge.
  • Experience with intensive reconciliation and allocation on large accounts.
  • Familiarity with Eppix system.
  • Converged business knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
