We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at the South African National Blood Service.
- As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the full payroll function, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation governing payroll, including BCEA, Skills Development, UIF, Workman's Compensation/COID, etc.
Key responsibilities include administering and proactively driving client services, meeting SLA's, and providing supportive administrative assistance to the department.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring leave records on SAP HR, documenting control, and performing general query document control.
Key performance areas include preparing and capturing SANBS payroll, report writing, and maintaining and monitoring leave records on SAP HR.
Cognitive skills required include action orientation, problem-solving, planning, organizing, and monitoring.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation governing payroll is essential, as well as excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
