Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing and electrical work.

• Service company machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain green spaces and improve the aesthetic appeal of our complex.

• Identify and report minor to major maintenance issues.

• Regularly inspect communal spaces to prevent litter and breakdowns.

• Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces, including parking lots and sidewalks.

• Oversee the cleanliness of refuse cages on company premises.

• Provide management with support and guidance on maintaining site operations.
