Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Director to lead our business growth initiatives in the South Africa region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales and forging strong relationships with clients in the health insurance sector.

The role will involve developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and researching potential clients, coordinating with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, and negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform business decisions
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion into new markets

Requirements and Qualifications
