About the Job

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing lead to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves overseeing the migration from WebEngage to Iterable, developing innovative CRM campaigns, and analyzing CRM data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Migration Project Management:
    • Oversee the migration project, ensuring accurate data transfer and smooth implementation.
  • Campaign Strategy:
    • Develop and execute innovative CRM campaigns across all channels.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze CRM data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
    • Track key metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +4 years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email template coding/design.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Iterable or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
