Director of Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Quality to lead our Quality department at ABC Worldwide. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and programs that drive excellence in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Quality team, ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and programs that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Metrics: Monitor and evaluate quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality processes and procedures, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and analysis on quality performance to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Education: Matric or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in a quality management role within a business process outsourcing (BPO) or contact centre environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior quality management role, with experience working in a contact centre or call centre environment.
- Skills: Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs, leading and managing a team of quality professionals, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
