We are looking for an experienced Apex Developer Specialist to join our team at The Skills Mine. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, focusing on Apex, Lightning, and Flow. They will also possess a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and security principles.

We are seeking someone with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Additionally, they should have strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and be familiar with financial services or fintech-related solutions.

A nice-to-have skill set includes experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or equivalent. Furthermore, familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments and knowledge of banking security standards and regulatory compliance would be beneficial.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex.
  • Optimize automation, workflows, and integrations to improve business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and compliance standards in the financial industry.
  • Contribute to project-based and ad-hoc development work.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and best practices.
