Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Science Consultant to join our dynamic and growing Data Science team at Recru-it. As part of this role, you will work closely with clients to design and lead data science projects that drive business value and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in leading projects, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive actionable insights.
  • Modelling and Forecasting: Design and develop data products, predictive models, and forecasting algorithms to support strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science, alternative data, and data collaboration.
