Key Responsibilities:*

  • Accurately capture and process all incoming medical aid claims within agreed time frames
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve claims-related issues
  • Process claims according to predetermined standards and business processes on the Oracle platform
  • Verify claims data against industry regulations and scheme rules
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in claim processing
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of medical aid assessing principles and industry regulations
  • Working experience with the Oracle platform is advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
